Pres. Obama Plans To Do Away with Our Nukes While Iran and N. Korea Get Theirs

Monday, April 6, 2009–While in Europe this past week Pres. B. Hussein Obamasky has pledged to rid the world of nuclear arms. Of course, at about the same time, half a world away, the North Koreans were launching their ICBM in yet another effort to develop rockets for peaceful purposes. And Iran is steadily headed for a nuclear weapon by being present in North Korea for the launchto learn as much as they can from that enlightened country about the peaceful designs of nukes and ICBMs.

Everybody knows that the North Koreans, Iranians, Russkies and Chicoms will all gladly give up their expensive nuclear weapons as soon as the USA surrenders ours. That is absolutely what Obamasky thinks?

atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2009/04/obama-pledges-to-nuclear-disarm-the-free-world.html

The purpose in the good guys, America, France, Great Britain and Israel, having nukes, and having the will and capability to use them, is to keep the peace and prevent the “bad guys” Russia, China, etc. from using them. There is no moral equivalence between us and the bad guys having nukes. It is similar to the Police having guns and the criminals having guns. Different intents, morals  and legitimacy. But the Libtards are too adolescent to figure this out.

US Liberals Want to Unilaterally Disarm the Country

Monday, December 15, 2008– Two stories in today’s news show that the libtards, treehuggers and other permanent adolescents who have run Congress, the publik skools and even, apparently the US Air Force for the past few decades, are winning in their struggle to rid the world of nukes, beginning with the US military. Here is the first article:

online.wsj.com/article/SB122930027871805333.html

Points to ponder- the article stated that every nuclear warhead in the US Inventory is at lest 20 years old. People don’t realize that nuclear warheads decay and become either unstable or unusable over time. Imagine this scenario: at some point in the BO Presidency, Iran attacks Israel with nuclear tipped ballistic missiles. Having guaranteed Israel that we will defend her in such a case, we send some aircraft over Iraq and return the favor by dropping a few tac-nukes here and there. Problem- when the tac-nukes land they go clang instead of bang! Dang!

This can happen if the old warheads are not replaced by new ones soon. But we have not built any warheads in the past 20 years. Where are all the scientists and technical experts? Where are the skilled laborers who will set up that assembly line? They have long sense moved on to other job fields, retired or died. This creates a Dire situation in our nuclear arsenal while the libtards are laughing their arses off.

Pres. elect BO has stated he wants to rid the world of all nukes. Don’t we all. I also would like to rid the world of all hoodlums, thieves and murderers. That will happen soon. The reality is that this world has god guys and bad guys, both with nukes. Does it make any sense at all for the good guys to lay down their nukes hoping the bad boys will follow suit? Only if you’re a fruit!

The Bush administration tried to get Congress to modernize the nuclear force but failed. Congress won’t budge. What will the new administration do?

The nuclear clock is ticking.

The next article that causes me concern about our nuclear arsenal is from the Danger Room:

blog.wired.com/defense/2008/12/air-force-flunk.html

According to this article, 3 different USAF units have flunked their nuclear inspections this year, and keep in mind that other snafus in the past year or so have included accidentally flying over the country with nuclear cruise missiles by a B-1 bomber crew, without knowing they had them! And one group sent some nuclear bomb fuses to Taiwan instead of helicopter parts that had been ordered. How are either of those even remotely possible?

What this shows I think is that there is a need for returning to the older organization of the USAF that included SAC. Strategic Air Command. In those days of being on alert 24X7 the stress of handling nukes on a daily basis brought the right attitude of seriousness and professionalism. Today, the nuke mission is pretty far down on the list. And it is now showing.

Russia Tests New Mobile ICBM

Monday, December 1, 2008– The Russkies have successfully tested their new mobile ICBM. Meanwhile, back in the US of A, we still do not have a mobile ICBM and our fleet of ICBM’s is getting old and antiquated and the warheads will need replacing soon which means testing. Oops, I forgot, Pres. Elect BO has stated that he will not build any more nukes, will not replace the older ones, and will not conduct anymore nuke tests. In short, he wants to unilaterally disarm Amerika. Here is the the story about the Russkies:

www.usatoday.com/news/world/2008-11-26-russia-missile_N.htm?csp=34

Oh yeah, every time in history a country unilaterally disarms, the world has followed suit and all the countries automatically respected the peaceful country and never invaded. Right, uh huh, go ahead….got some land down in Louisiana for you to buy…

Russia To Post Ballistic Missiles Near Poland

Wednesday, Nov.5, 2008– Obambi won the election last night, today the Russkies announce they are positioning short range ballistic missiles by Lithuania on the Baltic Coast to target our new missile defense system in Poland that isn’t even built yet.  The Cold War is heating up once again it would seem. BAck in the 1980’s President Reagan stationed Pershing II nuclear missiles in Germany, England and Turkey. That move, combined with the talk of the Star Wars Missile Defense System brought down the Soviet Empire.

But then there came the first Bush President and the “Peace Dividend” from the collapse of the Iron Curtain. So the cuts in the Armed Forces began. When Bill Clinton came into office, he cut the DOD by about 50%. With Bush the Younger we have greatly increased the missions and ops tempo but not expanded the military by more than about 10 %, if that. Now flush with oil $$$ the Russkies are wanting to play footsies again and our military is greatly weakened.

Here is the story of the Russkies and their new missiles:

www.breitbart.com/article.php?id=081105114620.ota6n5i1&show_article=1

And here is a story about the EU’s mild reaction:

www.iht.com/articles/reuters/2008/11/07/europe/OUKWD-UK-EU-RUSSIA-MISSILES.php

If I were Putin and Medvedev I would be quaking in my boots over this strong reaction by the EU….NOT! The EU is over, done with, past tense. The Europeans have lost the will to survive and defend themselves. In 25 more years they will all be led by muslims anyway.

Obama’s Missile Crisis- Venezuela or Cuba

Monday. October 27, 2008– Here is a story from the Drudge Report about the Russians beginning to train Cubans on advanced Air Defense Systems. You have to ask why does Cuba need advanced air defense systems? To defend against the US. Well why would the US be a threat to Cuba? We aren’t yet, but after Russia puts some medium or short range ballistic missiles in Cuba with nuke warhead capabilities, then maybe we will be a threat to Cuba.

I’m telling you that the Russians are going to arm Venezuela and  Cuba with missiles and maybe nukes very soon and Pres. Obambi won’t do a thing to stop it.

uk.news.yahoo.com/22/20081027/tpl-uk-russia-cuba-defense-b64c7e7.html

Wednesday, October 22, 2008– Sunday the Vice-Presidential Candidate for the demoncrats, Senator Joe Biden, spoke about how the world was going to text Obama within six months after his election as President. Comparing Sen. Obambi with the young President John Kennedy, Biden said that somebody would seek to test Obambi’s mettle in an artificially generated crisis.

www.nypost.com/seven/10212008/news/politics/joe_doh_puts_o_in_crisis_mode_134547.htm

blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar/2008/10/biden-to-suppor.html

This is basically an admission that Senator Obambi is perceived as weak. I am reasonably sure that the world would think that if McCain was elected President, nobody would want to mess with him because they would know what kind of a response they would get from an old fighter pilot/war vet. Yet the sheeple of Amerika are apparently going to elect this weak socialist.

OK, so we get four years of scandal ridden Dems R Us, they will do some damage, especially with the courts, but what kind of international crisi might Obambi be hit with as Pres.?

#1 After the election in two weeks I believe Israel will attack Iran by the end of the year. This will precipitate a huge crisis, but it will still be on Bush’s watch, and the world will of course blame the Jew first and the Bush second. The real blame goes to the nut job president of Iran and the ayatollahs and muslims in general. Obambi will not be of much support for Israel and will waffle.

#2 in my list would be that the Russkies will seek to put some kind of missiles or a permanent bomber base in Venezuela, and/or Cuba. I don’t think Obambi will do anything about this but complain, negotiate, whine, etc. Last thing on his mind would be the Monroe Doctrine.

#3 I think the al queda nuts will actually  try something thinking not that he is weak, but that he is on their side.

Thursday, September 11, 2008– In the last week it has been announced that Russia will be conducting naval exercises with Venezuela in the Caribbean Sea and now they have flown a couple of Backfire Bombers into Venezuela and the Russians are threatening to strike the proposed missile bases in Poland and Czech Republic. See the links below:

http://blog.wired.com/defense/2008/09/coming-soon-to.html

What all of this means is that, in my opinion, the Russians are going to seek to establish bases (plural) in the Western Hemisphere, in Cuba and Venezuela. Now what will the US do if the Russkies base some nuke capable bombers, subs or land based Ballistic Missiles in Cuba or Venezuela? We are entering a new Cold War that will be every bit as dangerous as the last one. Keep in mind that the Russians are the ones building the nuclear plant in Iran that we and the Israelis are wanting to bomb. Iran is a client of Russia.

Whoever the next President of America is, McCain or Obambi, is going to have an even graver crisis to face than Pres. Bush had with 9-11. We live in perilous times for sure. Maranatha!

Russian Bear Attacks Georgia

Friday, August 22, 2008–Here is another GREAT COLUMN by RALPH PETERS on the Russian problem. This column really looks at the big picture and the long haul. He is Time on Target!

Wednesday, August 20, 2008– here is a good column, a very tough but realistic column by Ralph Peters:

http://www.nypost.com/seven/08202008/postopinion/opedcolumnists/the_peace_at_any_price_peril_125232.htm

Wednesday, August 13, 2008–Yesterday it appeared as if the Russians had agreed to stop fighting, but I suspected that they were really going to go after all of Georgia. Today it appears I might be correct as the Russian Army is continuing on South of Gori, cutting the country’s only major East-West Highway and getting closer to the capital. I believe they will take the capital and install a new, pro-russian puppet government. Here are some good news and commentaries on the subject:

Friedman really gives us a good strategic view of the situation before and after. The question is did the US intel miss this or what?

Tuesday, August 12, 2008 Update– After reading quite a bit more about this war my initial views remain basically the same, but it seems the Russians egged on the Georgians a bit more than I had initially thought. It was still pretty suicidal for the Georgians to do this, but the Russkies were arming and training their proxies to wage some form of guerrilla war against the Georgians. And America was still somewhat stupid for allowing the Georgians a false sense of protection. We were messing around in Russia’s backyard. None of this is intended to assign moral equivalence to the actions of Georgia and Russia. Russia is the bad guy here, Georgia was just stupid. The final analysis is that Ukraine is likely to be next, then the Baltic States; Poland and Czech Rep. better get ready too. This looks like 1956 Hungary, 1968 Prague, 1979 Afghanistan, or 1939 Poland. Russia remains what it has always been, a brutal, barbarian state with occasional touches of culture and civilization. Whether it is Ivan the Terrible, Peter the Great, Josef Stalin or Vladimir Putin, scratch a Russian ruler and you get an authoritarian statist. Back in 1989-90 when George Bush Sr. proclaimed the cold war was over and that we had a peace dividend and he began cutting the military, I was enraged and thought it a foolish move. People who do not read history and understand the sinful hearts of man should not be making these kinds of decisions. Sen. McCain’s response to the Georgia War makes the most sense out of the big three (Bush Jr, Obambi and McCain).

Sunday, August 10, 2008– One of the goals of this blog is to bring a Christian view to the news; unfortunately, I do not have the time needed to make a full and complete Christian exposition of the news and so I end up making only brief comments about the news. In the last three days we have seen the Russian Bear awaken and invade a smaller neighbor, Georgia. I will make a few brief comments and give some links to the story.

1) Georgia was a part of Russia and the Soviet Union for the past 200 years. Josef Stalin was born in Georgia.

2) Russia and the Soviet Union were and are comprised of SCORES of smaller nations, people groups, ethnic groups, religious groups and races. Actual Russians have always been just the dominant minority in a plurality. This patchwork of peoples has an undercurrent of tribalism, racism and ethnic hatreds that stretch back for centuries. Remember the Balkan wars of the 1990’s and you get the picture of how confusing the entire Russian empire is. The war in Chechnya a few years ago is a case in point. The Chechens are muslim and were trying to break away from Russia so they started a terror campaign and the Russians responded with overwhelming force. That fight is calmed down a bit but it will never go away. President Bush stupidly sided with the Chechnians and chastised the Russians for their use of overwhelming force.

3) In our wars in Afghanistan and Iraq the Bush administration has used Georgia and a couple of other states that border with Russia for assistance including stationing American troops in Georgia as military advisers and using Georgian airbases for our Air Force. The Georgian Army has about 2,000 troops in Iraq helping us and Georgia has applied for membership in NATO. Georgia definately leans towards the west and the Russians cannot tolerate that. How would we feel if the Russians started a military buildup in Cuba (which they are getting ready to do by the way– just like the early 1960’s and the Cuban missile crisis deja vue).

4) It seems that Georgia stupidly started this war by trying to regain South Ossetia which wants to return to Russia. The Georgian government doesn’t want about 20% of their country leaving and the Russians having a huge salient into the heart of Georgia (look at the map), so they sent troops into South Ossetia. What did they think the Russians would do??? If the Georgians think that the US or NATO will help them, I believe they are sadly mistaken. Oh, we will protest and make speeches ad nauseum, but we cannot do a thing to stop the Russians in their own backyard.

5) Just because the Georgians started the war doesn’t mean the Russians were not looking for an excuse for this. They wanted South Ossetia and they want Georgia back as well. Vlad Putin is a former KGB head and is totalitarian to the core. With all the Russian oil money he has rebuilt the military and is ready to expand and regain some of the lost Soviet territories.

6) About 1% of the world’s oil supply passes through Georgia in a pipeline that feeds from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean. Europe/NATO gets a lot of oil through this pipeline. Russia has already tried to bomb the pipeline and it will likely be destroyed soon. (Gas will go back up to $4 a gallon if that happens). This would give Russia even more leverage with Western Europe, which is exactly what Vladimir wants.

7) This little war will also let the Ukraine, Byelorussia and the Baltic States know that they had better behave…or else. Furthermore, do you remember the “Star Wars” anti-ballistic missile defense radars that President Bush stupidly wants to put in Poland and the Czech Republic??? This little war in Georgia is a message to those countries and to George Bush (and whoever the next US Pres. will be- Barak or McCain or….Hillary. Yeah, don’t count her out yet!)

8) I know that Pres. Bush is an idealist and a good guy. I personally like him and think he is an honorable man. But his policies…voof! He is no conservative and I have called him the best Democratic President we have had since JFK. Remember about 7 years ago when he first met with Vladimir Putin and said something like “I have looked into his eyes and seen his soul.”? I laughed then because I knew the KGB guy was a tough cookie and Bush totally misread him. In world politics you have to be both an idealist with high standards, integrity and honor, but also be realistic about the nature of world politics. It is a blood sport, a savage jungle where you have to kill or be killed at times. Do not make alliances that will lead you into stupid wars you cannot win. Be very careful who you agree to die for. Should we as Americans die for Georgia? No way. Should we die for Israel? I think so! Should we die for Europe? hmmmm….Maybe, but I am not sure if we should die for Poland again, or Czech Republic, I just don’t know.
