Did William Ayers Ghostwrite Obama’s “Dreams From My Father”?
Thursday, October 16, 2006–I was minding my own business reading stories on Drudge and then Rush Limbaugh’s site came across this article from the American Thinker:
www.americanthinker.com/2008/10/who_wrote_dreams_from_my_fathe_1.html
The article written by Jack Cashill suggests that Barak Hussein Obama could not have written “Dreams From My Father” without some significant editing, or more likely, a ghostwriter. Cashill takes you step by step through some very detailed evidence and you see that there is a liklihood that William Ayers of Weather Underground infamy, is probably the ghostwriter for Obama. THIS IS HUGE! I think that if this actually breaks out into the MSM with hard evidence it will do in Obama. Which is precisely why it won’t break in the MSM…until well after Obama is sworn in as President of the US.
I am absolutely sure Obama is going to be our next President and I am certain that his administration will have more scandals than Bill Clinton. Bill Clinton was a sex crazed amateur from Arkansas and Obama is a radical from the Chicago Machine. Stand by for a 4 years of liberal follies!
Will Obama Dump Biden and Take Hillary as VP?
Sunday, September 21, 2008–My wild thought of a couple of weeks ago is looking more and more like reality. Biden keeps saying funny, goofy things that the press is actually picking up on. I think what is likely now is that Sen. Biden will “voluntarily” surrender his VP slot because of something weird he says that will cause a little tempest. Then the Obama Campaign will announce that Sen. Clinton has agreed to come on board. This will probably be a back room deal that will include an appointment of Bill Clinton as UN Ambassador or as a Supreme Court Justice.
Thursday, September 11, 2008 at 4:24pm CST–This is just a wild thought I had after hearing Joe Biden yesterday talking about how Sen Hillary Clinton would be a better Vice President than he would be, and after considering that the demoncrats are in a serious hurt because of the overwhelming positive impact Gov Sarah Palin has had on the McCain campaign, would Barak Hussein Obama dump Joe Biden and convince Hillary to be his VP?
I think the Obama campaing is in free fall and headed to doom (hooray!) and that in their desperation they might try to counter the Palin factor by going with Hillary.
Just a nightmarish thought but they will do anything…
Homosexuals Support Obama by 46% Over McCain
Monday, July 28, 2008– In examining the candidates for the Presidential election I believe you should not just listen to what the candidates say, but look at who supports them. In other places on this blog I have given links to stories about how the muslims support Obama. That seems to possibly indicate that they believe he will implement policies that support them and their worldview. Now here is an article from Baptist Press that indicates an overwhelming majority of homosexuals support Obama. They tend to believe that his policies will be beneficial to their special interest- perversion.
It is pretty much normal for a secular society that operates from a naturalistic, relativistic worldview to be tolerant and even supportive of homosexuality. I believe that homosexuality is, according to the Bible, a sinful lifestyle that can legitimately be called an abomination or perversion. Elsewhere on this blog I have stated that homosexuality may be an inherited trait from the gene pool; that does not diminish its sinfulness, it confirms it. I have my sins that are likely genetic in origin and that is no excuse for practicing those things that my heart is naturally inclined towards.
I believe that all laws in society are based upon morals; the old adage that you can’t legislate morality is a half truth- you cannot force anybody to be moral, but all laws are based upon morals. The only question is whose morals will be enforced by society.
Back when American society was substantially populated with Christians and the Christian worldview was the dominant worldview, laws against homosexuality were on the books and enforced. I am not comfortable with the Government snooping in people’s bedrooms to enforce the laws, and I am not comfortable with sending people to jail for some bad morals. But neither do I think it wise to legitimate that which Scripture calls an abomination.
While many conservative Pastors and Theologians believe the Church and Christians should not engage in moral crusades or participate with PACs like the AFA or Eagle Forum, Focus on the FAmily, etc. I believe those organizations are good and doing the Lord’s work. We are called to be the salt of the earth and the light of the world and we should occupy this world, in every area of society, until the Lord comes back. Paul used the political process to his advantage and the OT prophets never shrank from calling their society back to the Lord while pointing out the sins of society and kings along the way. The Church has the prophetic calling as well as the Evangelistic calling. Therefore, it is good to be involved in the political process as long as it does not take us away from our main calling of worship, discipleship and evangelizing.
As we Christians prepare to exercise our God-given privilege as Americans to vote and preserve society, we should examine each party’s platform and each candidate’s worldview and policies to see who is the closest to a biblical worldview and who will do the best job. This is a delicate balancing act because in the GOP primaries there was a godly man, Huckaby, who I did not think would be the best man for the job. But in the fall we have a choice between one man who is severely inexperienced and supported by a liberal church, muslims and the homosexual lobby, and another man who is a war hero with many years of good experience and attends a Bible believing church and is not supported by the muslims and homosexuals.
Here is the Baptist Press article that got me going this morning.

Obama Avoids Michigan Muslims
Wednesday, July 16, 2008– It seems that the ever changing, ever politically expedient Barak Hussein Obama, is deliberately avoiding courting the muslim vote in Michigan. This would mean that 1)He takes their vote for granted (c’mon, do you think muslims are going to vote for McCain?) and 2) That he realizes being seen with muslims is a political liability. (Now why on earth would anyone think having the muslims on their side and being seen with muslims would be a liability these days?)
Here is the article I got from Drudge Report:

Obama Has No Excuse for Staying in Rev. Wright’s Church
Saturday, March 22, 2008- It has been quite entertaining, though at the same time disconcerting, to watch the big to-do over Obama’s Pastor and Church. It is amazing that this flap is only just now breaking through to the main stream media. Conservative media knew about this stuff almost a year ago. Some are saying that this will sink the Obama candidacy and that it will lead to a last minute victory for Hillary in Denver. I don’t think so. I do think this will possibly assist John McCain in the general election and that the election is now McCain’s to lose. THE BIGGER ISSUE IS THAT THIS CONTROVERSY REVEALS THE DEEPER PROBLEM OF EXTREMELY BAD DOCTRINE WITHIN, NOT JUST THE BLACK CHURCH, BUT THE CHURCH IN GENERAL ACROSS AMERICA.
OK, I know a little bit about where Pastor Wright is coming from, and he automatically thinks of Christianity in America as being White Christianity. The only part of that that is correct is that White people do make up the largest demographic segment within the Protestant Churches in America. But come on, I haven’t been to an all white Baptist church since 1977. Granted, 1100 Sunday morning is highly segregated all across the country, but increasingly that is changing. America has made a lot of progress in race relations in the past 60 years and folks like Rev. Wright are not helping.
Sure, we have our Bob Jones University type places, but that is sooo fringe and backwater. More and more people my age and younger are just ignoring race. Skin color doesn’t mean anything to me.
The problem now is that we have a man who would be President, who has sat under the preaching of a racist preacher who hates Jews, Israel, white people and has concocted incredulous conspiracy theories about the US Gov’t deliberately developing AIDS to wipe out the black population, bringing in drugs to wipe out the black population, etc. You want to know what the number one problem in the black community in America is? The breakdown of the spiritual and moral foundations of the black family. Today there are 75% of black children born out of wedlock. You want a ticket to poverty, crime, ignorance, jail and disease? That is the ticket. And the hispanic community has about a 50% rate of unwed mothers and the white community has close to 30%. I don’t care what color you are, if you are making babies out of wedlock, if you have fathers who are absent, you are dooming a generation. Skin color has nothing to do with it. It is called SIN and SIN is an equal opportunity destroyer. SIN is a personal issue, not a government conspiracy. You don’t sleep around, you don’t get AIDS. You don’t use drugs you stay out of jail. You go to school and work hard, you can make it America. Are there some racists out there who won’t hire you because you aren’t white? Yep, but they are slowly being weeded out by survival of the fittest in the business world.
So what is Obama’s problem that he stayed in this church for over 20 years? I don’t believe him for a minute that he didn’t know what his pastor was saying. Of course, having been a pastor myself I can attest to the fact that you can preach to folks for years and years and they won’t hear a word you say! But I really believe that Obama drank deeply from the sermons Pastor Wright preached and that he is throwing his beloved pastor under the bus now for political expediency.
The Church all across America, white. black, purple, whatever, is having a theological crisis. The old style liberal mainline churches are irrelevant due to forsaking sound doctrine a hundred years ago. The Charismatic churches that support the health and wealth gospel, the Benny Hinns and Copelands of the world, they are heretical. Many Baptist churches have a self help gospel of man’s works plus God’s grace that is so weak it is disgusting.
Yet somehow, the Lord preserves for himself a remnant. The Spirit moves and brings people to an understanding of God’s grace whether they be white, black, brown or yellow.

Obama Would Repeal the Defense of Marriage Act; Supports Homosexuality
Friday, February 29, 2008– As we get ready for the Primary vote in Texas next week, we need to stop and consider what the options are. Personally, though I am a very political animal, I have not been pleased with any of the candidates the entire campaign season. Obama is one of the most intriguing candidates to come around in a long time. However, I am opposed to virtually everything he stands for. For instance, he is actively courting the homosexual vote by promising to repeal the Defense of Marriage Act (1996). This alone would be reason enough to vote against Obama.
See the story at Baptist Press here:
http://www.bpnews.net/BPnews.asp?ID=27510
Years ago I was somewhat a libertarian, due to my readings of Ayn Rand in college at OU . I still have a lot of hesitancy with using the Federal Government to regulate a lot of personal conduct. But I do believe the Defense of Marriage Act properly protects States’ Rights. And for something as basic as marriage, I believe the Government should intervene, even though that can be a two edged sword. What the government grants can be reversed.

The other things about Obama that cause me concern include the fact of his Muslim upbringing, I know, I know, he is a Christian now, but his church and pastor are loudly pro Palestinian and anti Israel. Here is a key point: the Arab and muslim vote is going for Obama. That alone is enough to warn Americans away from Obama. Not to mention that the NY Times is for Obama. I’m sorry but if the Times and the Arabs and Muslims are for you…I am pretty much running the opposite direction.
None of that means I am a McCain fan. I’m not. But if it is McCain vs. Obama in Nov. then I would likely have ot vote against Obama. The difficulty for the general election is that I sense there are a lot of Americans like me, who will be casting a negative vote instead of a positive vote. That is no way to win an election.
Go to Atlas Shrugs website on my blogroll or here and read what she has to say about Obama and the muslim vote:
http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/
And then there is the matter of the War in Iraq. Obama seems to be saying that he will unilaterally withdraw our troops from Iraq, but will reserve the right to send them back in if al queda forms a base there. My son is in basic training in the Army right now, and I am for staying in Iraq to get the job done. Yeah it was botched up at first, but we seem to be making some good headway now. To elect Obama seems to me to be dangerous. See the following page:

Church& & State: Roe v. Wade Remembered
Monday, January 21, 2008– Tomorrow is the 35th anniversary of the infamous Roe v. Wade decision by the Supreme Court of the US. In Bible believing churches all across the nation yesterday, sermons were preached, testimonies were given and prayers of repentance were issued. I deeply appreciated the things my pastor had to say and especially the prayer offered by Elder Dale. It was a wonderful experience to be in a church, for the first time in about 16 years, that remembers Roe v. Wade for what it is: a horrifying blot upon the honor of this nation.
Here is a story and a link about Roe v. Wade with a quiz that is very enlightening. Check out the Baptist Press article then go take the quiz.

I got 10 out of the 12 answers correct, and really should have gotten the two I missed. This is an exceptionally eye-opening quiz. You ought to pass this one on to your friends. And check out the WorldMag article; it deals with the prolife position as it is now affecting Hollywood of all places. A VERY enlightening article!
And here is one more article from Baptist Press on Wednesday the 3rd”
http://www.bpnews.net/BPnews.asp?ID=27234
Wednesday, January 16, 2008– This blog is obviously about the things that interest me, the things I am passionate about. Consequently my posts about my time pastoring occupy the foremost position, but the little pages are dealing with things like Islam, the War on Terror, Mormonism, recipes, and history. I am really trying to stay out of the current political campaigns because that could easily dominate my time. But I do have a passion about how our Christian faith relates to the culture in the area of the arts, pop-culture and political issues. Right now my pages are a little bit jumbled up with different topics on the wrong pages. This page I am now going to reserve for matters concerning Church & State, Faith & Culture.
This morning while reading BaptistPress I saw an interesting survey about how Americans view some church and state issues, like voluntary student led prayer in schools, Christmas displays on city property and even muslim displays on city property. Clink the link provided and you can read the survey which gave me the feeling that the survey was a little bit too positive. I was surprised, in other words, at how positive the answers were compared to what I thought the answers would be. More people in America want more religion in the public square than I had imagined.
Now the down side to this survey is the readiness for Americans to allow muslim displays in public. This is, of course, in perfect keeping with the 1st Amendment free exercise clause. America has freedom of religion and all kinds are welcome. However, since I was 16 and taking High School US History (1975) I have worried that Islam and our form of government and our culture do not mix well. Events of the last 7 years have convinced me of that. THIS CLEARLY NEEDS MORE STUDY but I am moving to a position of desiring to alter the 1st amendment and place some restrictions on islam. I know this is risky, dangerous and controversial, but the bottom line is that in another 25 years we will see some European countries become majority muslim. The muslims have as part of their religion, just like Christianity does, a missionary imperative. The difference is the muslim religion does not recognize a division between mosque and state. They will seek, and are seeking, to impose sharia law in the lands they occupy.
We have to recognize that muslims are using our freedoms against us, and are determined to use our freedoms to ultimately conquer us. This in no way means we ought to persecute, hate or otherwise discriminate against muslims. It does mean that until Islam changes its ways and becomes open to freedom of religion in every way in all of the muslim lands, we ought to halt immigration from these lands and halt all building of mosques and schools in our country. Freedom must be a two way street or else freedom becomes a trap. I will gladly have freedom of religion if the playing field is level.
Well, here is the survey:

I agree with you whole-heartedly. I thoroghly enjoy reading about current events from a truly biblical perspective. It is hard to find such analysis, but it great when I run across people who think biblically. Keep up the good work!
